The raspberry taste is genuinely nice, so I actually look forward to it. It dissolves clear, no clumps.
Around week five my skin felt a bit firmer and more hydrated. Fine lines look softer.
The only downside is 20 sachets go quickly at one a day. But I love the little ritual.
I mix it into cold water in the morning. The effect is gradual, but my nails grew faster first.
