Each daily sachet holds a multivitamin with 22 essential vitamins and minerals plus lutein, 2 omega-3 capsules with DHA and EPA, and a broad-spectrum antioxidant capsule with natural astaxanthin.
Inside each sachet: a multivitamin high in 12 vitamins (A, C, D, E and the B group) and 8 minerals including iron, zinc, selenium and copper; two fish-oil capsules providing the 250 mg of EPA and DHA recommended daily by the EFSA; and an antioxidant capsule with natural astaxanthin. Vitamins and minerals are essential nutrients the body needs to develop and function normally (EFSA).
