Wellosophy Omega 3 is a quality fish-oil food supplement with the omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA in easy-to-swallow soft gel capsules.
EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart, and DHA supports normal brain function and vision. Two capsules provide the 250 mg of EPA and DHA recommended daily by the EFSA, from sustainably sourced fish oil.
